Before Vandhali was officially Vandhali we had a fourth member and were much more alternative in nature. Long story, stuff happens and we because a three piece. One day Craig took the trip to Stephen's house, showed him this riff and Vandhali was born.

In terms of subject matter, this track is about not having control over yourself and being unable to kick your bad habits.
